'Thai powerhouse' Muangthong sign center back Lee Jae-sung
Center back Lee Jae-sung, 36, will return to the Thai scene.
Thai First Division side Muangthong United announced on Monday (June 26) that they have signed veteran South Korean center back Lee Jae-sung.
After making his debut with Suwon Samsung in 2009, Lee Jae-sung has played for Ulsan Hyundai, Jeonbuk Hyundai, and Incheon United, and has already experienced the Thai scene with Ratchaburi Mitre Pol FC in 2021.
After playing for Suwon FC and Chungnam Asan, Lee Jae-sung is back in Thailand with Muangthong.
Muangthong is a club that has signed a number of Korean players, including Kim Yoo-jin, Bang Seung-hwan, Kim Jin-kyu, Kim Dong-jin, Lee Ho, Oh Ban-seok, and Hong Seong-wook.
