I had a good first experience with customer service at the New York office of Frontier Airlines. The staff was understanding and helpful when I had a number of queries about my reservation. They provided a thorough explanation of the various pricing alternatives, luggage regulations, and seat selection procedure. Despite the somewhat congested office, they were able to help everyone well. I was grateful for their readiness to assist and facilitate my trip. The airline has a reputation for charging exorbitant prices, yet their office's openness made everything obvious.
