"Ceramide (CER) is a sphingosine lipid composed of sphingosine long-chain bases and fatty acids. Ceramide is the central hub of the sphingolipid pathway, including sphingomyelin, glucosylceramide and galactosylceramide. It is mainly divided into hexose ceramide (HexCer), lactose ceramide (LacCer), sphingosine (Sph), dihydro sphingosine (DhSph) and dihydroceramide (DhCer).
Ceramide has a strong ability to associate with water molecules. It maintains skin moisture by forming a network structure in the stratum corneum. In addition, it also plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of cell membranes, cell stress response, inflammatory signal transduction and cell apoptosis.
Creative Proteomics uses liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method to identify the samples, which can effectively and accurately detect the changes in the content of ceramide." https://lipidomics.creativ...

Sphingolipids are an important part of neurons and myelin sheath. Mainly divided into hexosylceramide (HexCer), lactosylceramide (LacCer), sphingosine (Sph), dihydrosphingosine (DhSph) and dihydroceramide (DhSph). Sphingolipid levels will change under different physiological, pathological and disease conditions. Creative Proteomics can provide one-stop hexosylceramides analysis service. We have LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS technologies to provide high-resolution and reliable lipidomics identification and quantification services. https://lipidomics.creativ...

Struggling with Dark Spots? Here’s What You Need to Do
Dark spots, uneven skin tone, and pigmentation can be frustrating. But don’t worry! With the right skincare routine and products, you can fade dark spots and achieve a radiant complexion. Here’s how:
🌟 Step 1: Use a Gentle Cleanser
Cleansing your skin properly is the first step to preventing further pigmentation.
🔹 Choose a mild, brightening face wash to remove dirt and oil without irritation.
🔹 Wash your face twice daily (morning & night) to keep your skin fresh and clean.
💡 Tip: Avoid harsh soaps that strip natural oils, making pigmentation worse.
💧 Step 2: Apply a Pigmentation Serum
A targeted serum helps fade dark spots and evens out skin tone.
🔹 Look for ingredients like Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Alpha Arbutin.
🔹 Apply 2–3 drops on clean skin and gently pat for absorption.
💡 Tip: Use a dermatologist-approved pigmentation serum for better results.
🌿 Step 3: Moisturize Daily
Hydrated skin heals faster and prevents new pigmentation.
🔹 Apply a lightweight, hydrating moisturizer every morning and night.
🔹 Choose a product with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or aloe vera.
💡 Tip: A well-moisturized skin barrier protects against environmental damage.
