You are a Bangladeshi investor or freelancer maintain your bank / currency in usd. Exchange in money is somewhat loss for you. Unnecessary exchange in online banking and leaving it behind is also a loss.

If you have usd, selling them online banking or converting to paper, then when buying usd again, you will eat 10% loss.

Today you are selling 1 usd for 117 tk, later you will buy usd again then selling 117 tk you have to buy 1 usd for 126+ tk (current exchange rate). Also Bangladeshi is deducting online banking sending fee. So, almost 10% loss.
You will do it on your own basis to convert from dollars to rupees. Usd rate is increasing day by day. Converting it into money or giving it as money, both are your loss.
There are also many disadvantages…
So, whether you are a freelancer or an investor, if you are a Bangladeshi, you lose 10% at this stage, which is a lot. Re-buying and selling is a loss for you.

Little things will hurt you a lot at one time.
