Boarding was called in an orderly fashion, and the staff even helped some elderly passengers board comfortably. After experiencing this level of service, I believe the terminal truly reflects the quality and values of Hainan Airlines. For anyone flying through Guangzhou, this terminal adds genuine comfort to the journey—definitely one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in China.
