Flying with Southwest Airlines SDQ Terminal was a refreshingly positive experience. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by courteous airline staff who guided me through the check-in process. Even though the terminal was bustling, the Southwest counter was well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. I appreciated the multilingual support—staff spoke both English and Spanish fluently, which made communication seamless. The self-service kiosks worked well, and agents were nearby to assist if needed. Security screening was efficient, and signs were clearly marked. What stood out the most was the staff's friendliness—whether it was helping a senior couple with wheelchair assistance or answering traveler questions patiently. The gate area was clean, and seating was plentiful. I grabbed a coffee from a nearby café and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi while waiting. Boarding was done in groups, and gate agents kept everything on track and on time. The flight left right as scheduled, and the transition from gate to plane was smooth. Overall, the Southwest experience at SDQ felt organized, welcoming, and highly customer-focused. I would definitely choose this terminal and airline again for future travel.
