The gate area was clean, and seating was plentiful. I grabbed a coffee from a nearby café and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi while waiting. Boarding was done in groups, and gate agents kept everything on track and on time. The flight left right as scheduled, and the transition from gate to plane was smooth. Overall, the Southwest experience at SDQ felt organized, welcoming, and highly customer-focused. I would definitely choose this terminal and airline again for future travel.
