Flying out of the Spirit Airlines MIA Terminal gave me a positive impression of Spirit’s ground services. I was catching an early flight to Houston and arrived at Miami International Airport at 5:30 a.m. Despite the early hour, Spirit staff were alert and ready to assist. I used a kiosk to check in and drop off my bag in under 10 minutes. The baggage drop line moved fast, and the airline reps were courteous and well-informed. Security was surprisingly efficient, taking about 15 minutes. Once inside, the terminal felt spacious and clean, though seating near the gate filled up quickly. There were only a few food outlets nearby, but enough for a coffee and snack. What impressed me most was how organized and friendly the gate agents were, clearly calling boarding zones and offering help to families and older travelers.
