Hello! Flying with United Airlines Toronto Pearson International Airport was a piece of cake! I normally fly out of smaller airports, so I was concerned Pearson would be too much, but Terminal 1—where United flies—is extremely well organized. I got there around three hours before my international flight and had loads of time. United Airlines had friendly check-in agents, and they were able to help me with my TSA PreCheck questions, even though this is a Canadian airport. Security was quick, and the officers were courteous and friendly. I purchased a sandwich from one of the food stands near my gate—not fancy, but it filled the bill. I also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of seats and outlets. My flight boarded right on time, and the gate staff handled everything professionally. Honestly, it felt like United and Pearson really work well together. A very solid experience I’d happily repeat again!
