My time at the Singapore Airlines office in Oslo was excellent. The promptness, friendliness, and efficiency of the customer service were exceptional. The personnel handled my last-minute seat upgrade with ease, despite my concerns. Singapore Airlines Oslo office even provided me with useful advice on where to go! Dealing with airline employees that actually like assisting travelers is refreshing. I will most certainly come back if I ever need to travel again. Strongly advised!
