A new study of about 40,000 jackdaw species of crows by the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom suggests that groups of crows confer among themselves before making important decisions. In particular, all crows sit together and democratically make final decisions before changing habitats or territories. In winter, hundreds and even thousands of crows gather around their habitats and hold 'parliamentary sessions'.
