Through their Qatar Airways Bali Office and it was incredible! Checking in was done quickly and with great friendliness by the personnel. The lounge had excellent amenities and was cosy and soothing. My trip was on schedule, and the crew was polite and the in-flight food was excellent. My expectations were really surpassed by Qatar Airways; the entire trip was easy and delightful. I strongly suggest taking a flight with them.
