WHEAT HARVEST IS ON IN THE RED RIVER VALLEY.!! We finally got a day of low humidity and some hot weather for harvest. We will make a little progress today as tomorrow we begin pre-harvest of sugar beets. Would anyone like to help.??

Sun rise on our fourth day of pre-harvest of sugar beets. So very thankful for the yields on all our crops, with the very late planting season.

MY OH MY, can SOFIA put together a tasty dinner. Fresh fried potatoes, calbacitas ( corn, squash, jalapeño, garlic, onions and salt and pepper to taste) and freshly brook trout caught by Sofia fly fishing up in the high country. Thanks Sofia, YOUR THE BEST.!!!
