AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I took my car for a clean today - it wasn’t overly dirty more dusty. After picking up the car I noticed that there was these chips and scrapes on the back of my car. I went back to the car wash asking how this happened (I wasn’t accusing I just wanted answers) and was told that I had done this myself (the guy was rude and quite aggressive).
I’m carful with my car and would of been honest if it was me. I asked for proof from the car wash and asked if they took before and after photos or mapped damaged areas on the cars and was told no. He then pointed to more expensive cars than mine and said that their owners trust them with their more expensive cars. As I said to the guy, cost of a car shouldn’t matter, they should all be treated the same as it’s someone’s personal property.
I used to use this car wash on the regular, won’t be using it now.
