The LCD controller boards are a small microprocessor that basically converts the customer's software code to information that the LCD can understand. The LCD screen then displays characters, images, graphics and numbers to be seen by the end user. These boards connect devices and objects of various natures to computers and provide them the role of peripheral controllers. Moreover, these boards processes video and graphics data it receives from an outside source before driving the display.
