Hi there, I flew Copa Airlines SXM Terminal recently and was satisfied with the experience. The airport is not big, but Copa optimized the space. Check-in was swift and well organized. Security was also quick, with minimal inconvenience. Waiting in the gate area wasn't so bad, though seating was in short supply. There was a small snack bar nearby, which was a lifesaver prior to boarding. Copa staff was well-organized and had us on board the plane right on time. Overall, good experience. SXM is not luxurious, but Copa Airlines made it go smoothly and hassle-free.
