Tirupati Police: Police drone surveillance system strengthened in Tirupati

Tirupati , known as a spiritual city, is now taking steps towards technology . The police are exploring new ways to maintain law and order in the city.In this regard, drones are being used at night to monitor suspicious illegal activities.These drones are working hard to keep a close eye on incidents like marijuana use, gambling, open alcohol service, and suspicious movements in uninhabited areas. Drone surveillance is being strictly implemented especially in railway tracks and suburban areas. All these are among the schemes being implemented for the first time in the state. Matrix Four thermal drones have been specially used for night patrols in Tirupati. These drones regularly survey the city from the air and can immediately detect any small suspicious movement.
