Saifulla Sajid Jutt: Is Saifullah Sajid Jutt the mastermind of the Pahalgam attack?

The Pahalgam terror attack was masterminded by Pakistani terrorist and top commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Saifullah Sajid Jutt, officials suspect. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has earlier identified Saifullah as a hardened terrorist. Officials say Saifullah has close links with top officials of Pakistan's ISI and army . He is currently operating from a Lashkar-e-Taiba base in Islamabad.
