Looking for More Regional Twitter Alternatives or Communities?

I’ve recently started exploring Owntweet and honestly, I’m really impressed with the idea of having a more localized, community-driven alternative to platforms like Twitter. I love how it gives space to voices and communities that often get drowned out on bigger platforms.

One thing I’m curious about — is there any dedicated space or discussion area here for users who speak regional languages like Telugu, Tamil, etc.? I think it would be great to have separate groups or threads for regional language speakers to share content, updates, or just connect casually.

While I was researching similar communities, I came across this page full of Telugu WhatsApp groups:

It’s mainly WhatsApp-focused, but it shows there’s a growing demand for niche communities in regional languages. Maybe Owntweet could do something similar in terms of creating spaces for language-based interaction?
