Traveling from Delhi to Mussoorie by road takes around 7-8 hours by passing through changing landscapes via the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway.

Things to do in Mussoorie

There are several tourist places in Mussoorie as Robber’s Cave, Shikhar Fall, Malsi Deer Garden, Mindrolling Monastery, and Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple which are perfect for sightseeing tours. Apart from visiting these places, you can plan trekking to Nag Tibba, Har ki Dun, hiking to Kempty Waterfall and Happy Valley. Skywalk, ziplining, paragliding, and river rafting are other experiences to have in Mussoorie. Shopping at Mall Road is compulsory.

Travelling fare

Traveling expenses totally depend on the number of people traveling. If you are a solo traveler booking a seat in a private bus or train is advisable. For small groups or families booking a 15-seater tempo traveller is advisable it costs around 24 Rs per km.
