Courses About the program The CPL ME/IR Program is for pilots with PPL and completed ATPL-Theory. The training is focused on commercial, instrumental and multi-engine procedures. All courses start off with theoretical training before they proceed to practical training. Upon completion of the program and passing the skill test, the student will obtain a CPL.
