Best time to visit Vaishno Devi

Even though there is a huge rush during Navratries, the best time to visit Vaishno Devi is the months of September, October, and November. The weather during this time is pleasant, it is festive time and it is mild season that makes it a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

The air there is filled with the Chants of Jai Mata di by crore of devotees as people visit just to get a glimpse of Ma Vaishno Devi. Other than this you can also visit by the time of summer from March to June. This is also a comfortable weather with a moderate amount of crowd.

During the times of winter, this region experiences a good amount of snowfall thus creating a potentially challenged environment for pilgrims.
