I could have done it on the computer, but I had a couple of particular questions regarding seat upgrades, checked bags, and whether or not I could utilize some of my Medallion status perks on an alternate routing. So, I went down to the local office in person—and I'm so glad that I did. As soon as I entered, I was smiled at and immediately helped. The person I dealt with, Kenji, was not only professional and courteous, but highly effective. He reviewed all my possibilities, explained the costs clearly, and even recommended a quieter flight that proved to be an excellent decision.
