Terry Hui is the President and CEO of Concord Pacific‎ Developments Corp.., Canada’s largest community builder. Hui has guided the development of Concord Pacific Place on the northern banks of Vancouver’s False Creek, transforming the former Expo ‘86 lands into a thriving, sustainable, and livable community.
