After seeing the person jump from 24 stories last night, I've concluded that you all watch too much TV and should spend some time with a first responder.

1. I've heard you all say...they should have put out a safety net, trampoline, etc. The force of her falling from that height would have broken every bone in her body. Not to mention that if her mind was made up, she probably would have jumped as they set the ropes/bounce inflatable up.

2. They couldn't help her after 10-12 hours. What were they supposed to do? That's a very long time to negotiate with someone. Stop watching so much TV. Negotiations never last as long as they do on TV.

3. "Why couldn't they go into her apartment and pull her back in?" - Like what? Stop watching so much TV.

4. "Why didn't they use the ladders?" - you can't be serious enough to think that any fire department has a ladder that reaches that height.
